Annual Campus Events

Fall Events

Bonfire Remembrance attendees may park in any non-reserved or unmarked spaces within lots 47, 50, 54, and 55 from 11:00 p.m., November 17th until 4:00 a.m. November 18th.

Vehicles remaining in these lots after 4:00 a.m. must have a valid A&M permit for the specific lot they are parked.

If you are walking to the memorial, please use sidewalks and obey traffic laws.

Midnight Yell attendees may park in most surface lots. Lots 30, 40 and 122 are 24 hour reserved and unavailable for this event. The closest available lots to Kyle Field are 48, 61, 62, 100a-c, 102 and 104.

No overnight parking is permitted. No vehicles will be permitted into Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage, University Center Garage or West Campus Garage after 10pm the night before home football games.

There is no bus service for Midnight Yell. Consider alternative options, such as grabbing a bike through or bike share program.

The annual National Night Out (NNO) event is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 5 from 6pm to 8pm at Hullabaloo (on campus) and Century Square (off campus). Parking for the Hullabaloo event is available in the following locations:

Spring Events

Aggieland Saturday will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026.


Shuttles

Shuttle buses will run 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and will service several areas across campus. All buses will display "Aggieland Saturday" on the bus marquee.


Parking

Aggieland Saturday guests may park free of charge in the following lots:

Permits are not required on Saturdays and spaces may be available in other lots; however, visitors may NOT park in reserved/restricted spaces which include Reserved Numbered, University Business, Service, Timed, Loading Spaces, and Residence Hall lots 30 and 40, which are 24 hour reserved. No end of row or curb parking allowed.

There are also paid visitor parking areas if guests would prefer those facilities.


Bus Parking

Buses should park in Lot 74 on west campus near Rosenthal Meat Science Center.


Aggieland Saturday Map

The Big Event will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

Big Event parking is available for free. Participants may park in the following lots:

Road Closures

Olsen Blvd will be closed at Corrington Dr and John Kimbrough Blvd. Lots can be access via George Bush Dr to Olsen Blvd or Penberthy Blvd or via Stotzer Pkwy to Olsen Blvd or Discovery Dr.

The Physics & Engineering Festival will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026.


Parking

Parking for the Texas A&M Physics & Engineering Festival is FREE in lots 47 and 50. $10 per entry paid parking is available in Northside Garage next to Mitchell Physics Building.


Bus Drop-off, Pick-up, and Parking

  • Buses entering from westbound University Drive – Turn right onto Houston Street, and then left onto Hogg Street to drop off passengers near the end of the street. After unloading, buses continue by turning left onto Asbury Street and exit the area to eventually park along New Main Drive.
  • Buses entering from eastbound University Drive – Turn onto Ireland Street, then right onto New Street to drop off passengers near the end of the road. After unloading, buses continue right onto Asbury Street and exit to eventually park along New Main Drive.

Buses may stay no more than 10 minutes in this location while unloading and loading passengers. Buses should then proceed to westbound New Main Drive and park along the curb.

The following road closures will be in place to create pedestrian safe zones:

  • Houston Street will close at George Bush Drive at 10:30 a.m. for through traffic.
  • Joe Routt Boulevard will be closed all day.
  • The Joe Routt Boulevard at Wellborn Road intersection will close at 9:30 a.m.
  • Olsen Boulevard southbound from John Kimbrough Boulevard to Corrington Drive will close at 11:30 a.m.

Shuttles

Bus service will not operate Saturday, April 19.

Muster parking will be open from 5:00pm to midnight.

FREE parking will be available in Lot 100 a-f immediately next to Reed Arena, 74, 95, 97, 100j, 100m, 100t, and 104. Lot 102 is accessible parking only and 100g is reserved for honored guests.

The 2025 4-H Roundup will be held on campus from June 2–5.

RELLIS campus will be hosting a 4th of July Fireworks and Drones Show Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Please note that no entry will be permitted once the show begins.

The parking areas will open at 6:30 p.m., and the 30-minute fireworks and drones show will begin at 9:00 p.m. Parking for this event will be available in designated areas that can be found on the event map available and hyperlinked below.

Year-Round Events

Parking

Free parking is available in in West Campus Garage and in multiple lots near Reed Arena.

Lot 102 is reserved for accessible parking, and 100g is reserved for Commencement special guests.

Routes and Closures

Olsen Boulevard will be closed between John Kimbrough Boulevard and Corrington Drive to create a pedestrian safety zone.

Attendees are encouraged to use John Kimbrough and Olsen Boulevards to access parking from the north, and George Bush Drive to Olsen Boulevard to access parking from the south.

Day of parking for high school graduation ceremonies is available for $10 cash/credit or valid Texas A&M University parking permit. Parking can be reserved using ParkMobile. Parking charges are per entry.

Parking

Parking for Silver Taps is free in University Center Garage from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Family parking is on the Houston St side of the 1st floor of the garage in the bay area.


Bus Service

During the Silver Taps ceremony, all MSC routes will have their MSC stops moved to the ILCB stop on Lamar St. out of respect and to avoid shining lights into the Academic Plaza.
